Is Warmellow hoodie blankets cruelty free?

We are proud to be a vegan and cruelty free brand, bringing you the best quality without harming important lives.

What are your products made from?

Our Warmellow products are made with premium grade soft flannel fleece on the outside and sherpa fleece on the inside for ultimate warmth and comfort.

Sizing Guides

Our comfy, oversized blanket hoodies are one-size fits most. They're equivalent to 8XL hoodie size. The Kids size is 20% smaller than the adult/teen size and is ideal for children aged 3-13 years old. Please see below for further details of our sizing. There may be some slight variation in sizing due to our items being handmade.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and softness of your blanket hoodie, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the tag attached to the inside of the blanket. These instructions recommend washing the blanket in cold water with a mild detergent, washing it separately, and avoiding the use of bleach, ironing, and tumble drying. To maximize the lifespan and softness of your blanket hoodie, it is best to wash it by hand in cold water

What is the packaging for the Warmellow Blanket hoodie like?

Your Warmellow blanket hoodie will arrive beautifully packaged in a satin drawstring bag with a special ribbon on top, both the blanket hoodie and the satin bag will be tied up with a beautiful ribbon. It will be packaged securely in a branded mailing satchel, so you can easily identify your package upon arrival

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and make changes to the size, color, items, or delivery address of your order if possible. It is important to contact us as soon as possible, as we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed. We will do our absolute best to assist you with any changes to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once we have processed your order and passed it on to Australia Post, we will send you an email with a link with a ‘Track Order’ to see how your parcel is travelling!

Can I change the delivery details after a purchase?

We are happy to update the delivery details for your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you need to change the delivery address, please send us the new details and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take me to receive my order?

We strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Our standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days, and we ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Please note that for customers in rural areas, standard shipping may take up to 10 business days, and orders to New Zealand typically take 5-10 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum purchase required. At checkout, you can choose Express Shipping for quicker delivery at an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. However, we plan to expand to other locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our shipping destinations.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Warmellow offers three shipping options: Free Standard Shipping, Covered Standard Shipping, and Covered Express Shipping.

  • Free Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, please note that Warmellow cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. We also cannot guarantee a replacement for lost or stolen packages.

  • Covered Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days. This option provides an additional layer of protection against loss, damage, or theft, requiring a signature upon delivery. If confirmed by the shipping company, your order will be replaced at no extra charge.

  • Covered Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days. Enjoy all the benefits of Covered Standard Shipping with the added advantage of faster delivery. This option also requires a signature upon delivery and includes replacement coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Please note that while we endeavor to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including service disruptions from our delivery partners or incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.

We appreciate your understanding and will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

What is Covered Shipping?

Covered Shipping ensures that your order will be replaced at no extra charge if it is confirmed as lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by our courier. This option adds an extra layer of security to your shipping and is highly recommended for peace of mind. Warmellow offers Covered Shipping in both Standard and Express forms to cater to your delivery speed preferences. While such issues are rare, opting for Covered Shipping at checkout protects your purchase against unforeseen circumstances. Please note, this service comes at an additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of mind returns policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached, as well as the satin drawstring bag(s) and bow.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at help@warmellow.com within 30 days of the delivery/receipt of your order. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Please note that if you return an item from a bundle, your order will no longer be eligible for the bundle's original price.
  • Free returns and exchanges are allowed only once. Any further returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Free returns

We strive to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. For all eligible returns, whether for a refund or exchange, we provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Can I return an item and exchange it for something else?

We offer exchanges for our blanket hoodies within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached, as well as the satin drawstring bag(s) and bow.

Bundle and Exchange Policy:

Exchanging Items Within a Bundle:

  • If you wish to exchange an item within a bundle for a different design of the same size category (e.g., adult for adult, kids for kids), no additional charges will apply.
  • The returned item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and unused, with all tags and labels attached, as well as the satin drawstring bag(s) and bow.

Exchanging Between Different Sizes or Bundles:

  • Exchanging an item from a bundle for a different size (e.g., adult for kids) or a different bundle will void the original bundle pricing.
  • The new pricing will be based on individual item prices or new bundle prices.
  • Any price difference must be paid before we process the exchange.

One-Time Free Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Free returns and exchanges are allowed only once. Any further returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

How soon will my refund be processed?

We apologise for any inconvenience that has led to your request for a refund. Once we have approved your refund request and processed it on our end, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as this time frame may vary depending on your bank's processing times.

I would like to return my order for a refund

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund. At Warmellow, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are happy, so we offer a full refund for returns of our blanket hoodies within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached, as well as the satin drawstring bag(s) and bow.
