We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and shipped the following day. We commit to dispatching all orders promptly within this timeframe.
Our Shipping Options:
- Free Standard Shipping (2 to 7 business days): Most deliveries within Australia are carried out through Australia Post. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, please note that Warmellow cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. We also cannot guarantee a replacement for lost or stolen packages.
- Covered Standard Shipping (2 to 7 business days): This service, delivered through Australia Post, replaces orders confirmed as lost, stolen, or damaged. A signature is required upon delivery, providing extra security and peace of mind.
- Covered Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days): Enjoy faster delivery along with all the benefits of Covered Standard Shipping, also primarily via Australia Post. This expedited option also requires a signature upon delivery and includes the same comprehensive replacement coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please Note: Order dispatch and delivery are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses to avoid delays.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders within Australia benefit from free standard shipping. For those opting for additional protection or faster delivery, Covered Standard Shipping and Covered Express Shipping may incur additional charges. Specific fees for these options can be viewed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Plans to expand shipping destinations internationally are underway, and updates will be provided as they become available.
